Loxiia Imprint's Return & Refund Policy

  1. All returns must be authorized by our office.
  2. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  4. Credits for returned goods are issued only after the goods are received in our warehouse in good and resalable condition.
  5. Returns resulting from customer error will not be eligible for credit on freight charges, this includes inbound and outbound freight charges.
  6. Only returns resulting from a Loxiia Group Inc error will have outbound and inbound freight charged credited.
  7. To qualify for refund, items must be returned in good and resalable condition.
  8. During the Covid-19 Pandemic Refunds have been extended to 60 days of purchase, otherwise credit will be issued at time of return and re-stocking fees may apply on certain items

Due to the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus, Loxiia has been experiencing excessive demand for flu and Pandemic supplies. As a result, it is necessary that we state that all pandemic related items purchased are final sale and non-returnable.
